Jim has 31 years of hydrogeologic, geologic, remediation, and project management experience in performing multi-phase environmental investigations and remediation, with emphasis on hydrogeologic investigation and remediation of groundwater contamination.

Jim holds a BA in Geology from Kean University and is a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). He also holds an NJDEP Subsurface Evaluator License along with Closure of Underground Tanks, and is a licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania and Alaska.

He has extensive experience investigating, assessing, and removing Regulated and Non-Regulated Underground Storage Tanks, installation and maintenance of monitoring wells, complex, large scale field investigations, bedrock analysis, and ISRA transactions.

He works closely with multiple state and federal regulatory agencies at impacted sites across the US.

Jim is a former firefighter and first responder with certifications as Firefighter 1 and 2, and hazardous materials management.
